Psychedelic Furs hit US singles chart as a quartet

The third album from The Psychedelic Furs, Forever Now, was released on Sept. 25, 1982. Todd Rundgren produced the sessions with the British band in Woodstock, NY. Rundgren also played keyboards and saxophone on several tracks. He brought in Donn Adams (NRBQ’s “Whole Wheat Horns”) on horns and Flo & Eddie (The Turtles’ Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan) for backing vocals.

The single”Love My Way” was a Top 50 hit in the US and UK.
